Ebonie Bledsoe
Founder & CEO of POM by ARI Cosmetics
It's amazing how pressure can be turned into progress when you're determined to win. Several years ago a routine doctor's appointment turned into unfamiliar territory for me. I went from being a typical ambitious businesswoman to being diagnosed with Lupus. I literally had no idea what was in store for me, but I did know that I was not going to let a detour in life turn into a re-route of my dreams. My new skin type brought on by Lupus left me with no options for makeup that would enhance my beauty, let alone keep my skin healthy. After searching for over a year all that pressure produced my diamond, POM by ARI.
Fast forward to present time; it's no wonder I push the margin daily to make sure POM by ARI is not just the status quo cosmetic company. We strive to make our customers look and feel beautiful both on the inside and outside. To make sure we are inclusive so that everyone under the sky knows that our products are for them and created with them in mind.
